Born 36 years ago out of the determination of a few craftsmen of the Pyrénées Atlantiques department, to show their activities, the Grouping organizes the showcase of the local craftsmen and its members’ creations.
The GAAPA highlights the know-how of its members through annual and summer exhibitions, mainly within the wonderful cloister of Bayonne’s Cathedral.

Dans mon atelier situé à Bayonne " Mes créations ont la fibre naturelle " car j'utilise exclusivement des tissus en matières naturelles: lin, jute, chanvre, coton et soie.

Passionnée par les chevaux, j'ai d'abord suivi une formation de sellier harnacheur qui a abouti à un CAP.
Lors de cette formation, j'ai participé au concours des métiers d'arts organisé par la SEMA où j'ai réalisé un mantelet (pièce d'attelage) qui m'a permis de remporter le premier prix.
Après avoir obtenu mon diplôme, j'ai travaillé 10 ans chez un grand sellier réputé de la côte basque.
En 2011, j'ai souhaité voler de mes propres ailes et me voilà donc maroquinière!
